As mentioned in a previous post, we had some contact with the stony bottom of the Swedish coastal waters. The repairs of the keel and the rudder begun already in autumn by removing all damaged layers as deep into keel’s construction as needed allowing thees locations to dry over winter. Now in the spring, we rebuilt the laminate.
We then restored all the layers: gelcoat and primer.
Antifouling was applied as the last layer over the primer.
